Playing club volleyball offers athletes far more than just an opportunity to compete — it builds the foundation for success both on and off the court.
At T4VBC, we provide multiple team levels to match each athlete’s skills and commitment: National, State & Local. Team placement is based on tryout performance, with fees varying depending on practice schedules, agility and positional training, coaching staff, uniform packages, and the number and location of tournaments and qualifiers. We offer flexible monthly and semi-monthly payment options to fit your family’s needs. Team availability may change each year based on the talent and depth at each age group.
Please Note: During tryouts, athletes will be asked to indicate the team levels they are willing and able to commit to. We encourage families to review our team expectations ahead of time to make informed decisions and ensure the best fit for each player’s development journey. A 5% discount is available for families who choose to pay the full season fee upfront. Post-season tournament costs are not included in the regular team fees.

2024-2025 CLUB TRYOUTS
T4’s National teams are designed for athletes committed to high-level training. Each team will consist of 10–11 players and will be led by 1 head coach and 1 assistant coach. National teams will participate in 10–12 tournaments throughout the season, including 5 qualifiers. We will do our best to ensure that at least 3 of the qualifiers are within driving distance to help keep costs manageable for families. National teams will practice 3 times per week, in addition to 1 strength and conditioning session. All qualifiers will require “stay to play” accommodations and the entire team will be required to book through the travel block provided. Each player on the team will receive a complete player package with 3 Jerseys, 3 spandex, a backpack, knee pads, a warm up jacket and pants, and few other fun T4 items!
T4’s Premier teams are designed for athletes committed to high-level training and competition. Each team will consist of 10-12 players and will be led by 1 head coach. Premier teams will participate in 8-10 tournaments throughout the season, including at least 1 qualifier. Premier teams will practice 2 times per week. Elite Teams

($500 Deposit and 10 $475 Monthly Payments from August to May. A separate $400 VB RAGS payment will be due for the uniform package by 7/31.)
T4’s Elite teams are designed for athletes committed to high-level training and competition. Each team will consist of 10-12 players and will be led by a head coach and assistant coach. Elite teams will participate in 8-12 tournaments throughout the season, including 4-6 qualifiers. When selecting events, we make every effort to balance competitive opportunities with travel considerations for our families. Elite teams can expect 3 weekly practices, which include team practices, positional training, and strength & conditioning. Full-season HUDL access is provided for all Elite teams. All qualifiers will require “stay to play” accommodations and the entire team will be required to book through the travel block provided.
Elite Team Club Fee: $5,950 ($500 Deposit in addition to 11 $495 Monthly Payments from August to June. A separate $400 VB RAGS payment will be due for the uniform package by 7/31.)
Premier Teams
T4’s Premier teams are designed for athletes committed to high-level training and competition. Each team will consist of 10-12 players and will be led by 1 head coach. Premier teams will participate in 8-10 tournaments throughout the season, including at least 1 qualifier. Premier teams will practice 2 times per week. All qualifiers will require “stay to play” accommodations and the entire team will be required to book through the travel block provided.

State Teams (Blue)
T4’s State teams will consist of 10-12 players and will be led by 1 head coach. State teams will participate in 8-10 tournaments throughout the season, including 2 travel tournaments within Texas. State teams will practice 2 times per week. Out-of-town tournaments will require “stay to play” accommodations and the entire team will be required to book through the travel block provided.
State Team Club Fee: $4,850 ($500 Deposit in addition to 10 $435 Monthly Payments from August to May. A separate $300 VB RAGS payment will be due for the uniform package by 7/31.)
Local Teams (Navy)
T4’s Local teams are designed for athletes seeking club volleyball with no travel. Local teams will consist of 10-12 players and will be led by a head coach. Teams will compete in 8-10 tournaments throughout the season within the Greater Houston area. Local teams will practice 2 times per week.
Local Team Club Fee: $4,250 ($500 Deposit in addition to 10 $375 Monthly Payments from August to May. A separate $300 VB RAGS payment will be due for the uniform package by 7/31.

We are excited to partner with VB RAGS as our official uniform provider for the 2026-2027 season. VB RAGS will be supplying all team uniforms, practice gear, warm-ups, and additional gear for our upcoming club season.

Payment for the uniform package will be made directly to VB RAGS at the time of ordering. All uniform orders must be submitted by July 31, 2026. Uniform packages are expected to be delivered directly to your home no later than October 31, 2026.
