Registration fees for our volleyball programs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. These fees cover administrative costs associated with processing registrations and are not subject to refund

At T4, we strive to provide excellent services to our students. However, we understand that there may be situations where refunds are necessary. Please read our refund policy carefully:

Refunds for tuition fees may be granted if a student withdraws from the program before a specified deadline, typically at least two weeks before the start of the program. After this deadline, refunds may not be available, or a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.

To request a refund, please contact our administration office in writing, providing your full name, program details, reason for withdrawal, and any supporting documentation. Refund requests will be reviewed promptly, and if approved, refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.

We do not offer refunds for missed sessions or classes due to personal reasons, illness, injury, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, we may offer makeup sessions or alternative arrangements at our discretion.
