All registration fees are non-refundable. These fees cover administrative and processing costs required to secure your athlete’s spot in the program.

Refunds may be considered if a written request is submitted at least two weeks prior to the start of the program. Requests made after this deadline are not guaranteed and may be approved for a partial refund at T4’s discretion. To request a refund, please email t4admin@t4athletics.com with the athlete’s name, program details, and reason for withdrawal.

No refunds will be issued for missed sessions due to personal reasons, illness, injury, or other circumstances. Makeup sessions or alternative arrangements may be offered when available but are not guaranteed.
