T4’s Local teams are designed to help players develop strong fundamental skills. Local teams will consist of 11–12 players and will be led by 1 head coach. They will participate in 10 tournaments throughout the season in the greater Houston area. State teams will practice 2 times per week. Each player on the team will receive a complete player package with 2 Jerseys, 2 spandex, a backpack, knee pads, a warm up jacket and pants, and few other fun T4 items!

At T4VBC, we provide multiple team levels to match each athlete’s skills and commitment: National, State & Local. Team placement is based on tryout performance, with fees varying depending on practice schedules, agility and positional training, coaching staff, uniform packages, and the number and location of tournaments and qualifiers. We offer flexible monthly and semi-monthly payment options to fit your family’s needs. Team availability may change each year based on the talent and depth at each age group.
Please Note: During tryouts, athletes will be asked to indicate the team levels they are willing and able to commit to. We encourage families to review our team expectations ahead of time to make informed decisions and ensure the best fit for each player’s development journey. A 5% discount is available for families who choose to pay the full season fee upfront. Post-season tournament costs are not included in the regular team fees.

Led by Coach LaQuantis Hennington (Coach Q)—who has trained NBA players such as De’Aaron Fox (San Antonio Spurs), Cade Cunningham (Detroit Pistons), and Tyler Smith (Milwaukee Bucks)—our program focuses on skill development for all ages and ability levels.
We offer small-group training (up to 12 players) to ensure high attention and excellent results. From beginners learning the fundamentals to elite high school athletes preparing for the next level, each player is placed in a group that matches their age and skill set to maximize growth and competition. As players improve, they’ll have opportunities to advance into faster-paced and more in-depth classes designed to continue their development.

T4’s State teams will consist of 11–12 players and will be led by 1 head coach. State teams will participate in 10 tournaments throughout the season, including 2 travel tournaments within Texas. State teams will practice 2 times per week. All out-of-town tournaments will require “stay to play” accommodations and the entire team will be required to book through the travel block provided. Each player on the team will receive a complete player package with 2 Jerseys, 2 spandex, a backpack, knee pads, a warm up jacket and pants, and few other fun T4 items!
