Meghan Kendall

Originally from Lee’s Summit, Missouri, Meghan Kendall earned a full scholarship to play Division I volleyball at Iowa State University, where she also earned her degree in Liberal Arts. A standout from the start, Meghan was a three-time first-team all-conference and all-district player in high school, serving as team captain for two years. She set school records in kill percentage and serving aces, and capped off her prep career with a selection to the elite Mo-Kan All-Star Game.

At Iowa State, Meghan made an immediate impact, playing 14 matches as a true freshman and leading the team in kill percentage. Her sophomore season was a breakout year, appearing in 31 matches and 97 games, highlighted by a dominant performance against the No. 1-ranked Texas Longhorns—13 kills, no errors, and a .520 kill percentage. Meghan helped lead the Cyclones to two NCAA tournament runs, advancing to both the Sweet 16 and Elite 8.

After graduation, she began coaching in Des Moines, and Kansas City guiding a competitive club team for two years before moving to Houston. Today, Meghan is the Club Director at T4 Athletics, where she’s focused on building a nationally recognized program rooted in strong culture, elite training, and athlete development.
