Jaclyn Guerrero

Jaclyn Guerrero has been playing volleyball since she was 12 years old and has been coaching for over six years. Originally from Katy, Texas, she made the varsity team at Taylor High School as a sophomore and went on to play at the collegiate level for four years at the University of St. Thomas. She had the opportunity to be a middle blocker, right side and DS. During her junior year, she underwent major knee reconstruction surgery, tearing her ACL,MCL, lateral and medial meniscus. This experience strengthened her resilience and deepened her love for the sport of volleyball. Jaclyn is all about creating a coaching environment that’s positive, disciplined, and fun! She wants every athlete she works with to not only improve their skills and develop their volleyball IQ, but to genuinely enjoy the process and fall in love with game the same way she did. She’s coached players as young as 4 and as old as 17, and she prides herself on building strong connections through open communication and consistency. Her coaching style is rooted in balance, pushing athletes to be their best while making sure they feel supported, seen, and excited to show up every day. Jaclyn believes in teaching life lessons through the game and helping each player grow both on and off the court. Whether it’s building confidence, celebrating progress, or simply making practice a place athletes look forward to, she’s all in—heart and hustle.
